Hi Julie,

I totally understand the struggle - it's great to be able to fast but it's even greater to get into good habits with food that allow you to live normally, not in slavery to your desires.

30 days is off the hook good, and you lost tons of weight. But have you considered shorter fasts? you could do five days on, five days off till your birthday and probably have awesome results.
