whadda ya mean, "Blue Stone", not a "natural disaster"? do you mean, Haliburton, et al, planned this little fun fest for the people of N.O so they could "rebuild"? isn't this another conspiracy theory? or do you mean Haliburton, et al, are just taking advantage of the situation to bilk the government again by overcharging as they did in Iraq? make yourself clear, please --LL
