This could be the story of my boyfriend! What's a BC powder? What is your diet like? He eats loads of sugar and smokes, thought the sugar might be the culprit but he also always seems to be out of "whack" -- popping his neck and back. He's out of work at least once a month with a killer migraine. I've wanted to help him but don't know the answer.
