The herb is "turmeric" and it is great for a large number of things from Alzheimer's disease to breast cancer. It is anti-inflammatory so great for pain when mixed with ginger.

Turmeric cannot be taken in conjunction with pharmaceutical medicines though. You must take natural or that awful killer stufffffffff.
