Congratulations to Your accomplishment!

I will myself embark on a Urine/Water fast to heal my MS.
The plan is 14 days in June, or open end til healed.

Heat is a downer when You have MS, but having MS is worse.

So cool that right now there is a journal of a guy that wants to heal MS with fasting (water) and Your journal about Urine Fasting.
Very interesting since I have always wanted to get some first hand experience.
