Just a suggection: if you don't feel like using your juicer at some point (and you are perfectly entitled to feel "lazy" at times) why not have glass of natural sparkling water with a dash of lemon juice? That way 1- You stay on liquids and give a rest to stomach 2- that will help you not feeling hungry because your stomach gets used to not chewing anymore 3- You are actually keeking within your taget i.e. having less rather than more than planed!
What do you think?
