yeah, i do not like working around fluorescent lights and am glad i don't have to. they make me lethargic and sleepy. At my home i have only incandescent. i have bug lights in my kitchen and living room. it makes it look really cool, try it sometime. when you open the fridge the first time, it looks all blue inside, trippy. it gives the kitchen a warm feeling, like leave it to beaver times. i use two 40 watts and a 60 in there. all the rest are broad spectrum lights.
