Sorry for the confusion. Before I started the fast I began a sort of prefast diet consisting of fruits, veggies, some whole grains and legumes. I just used that initial weight as my starting weight instead of the weight from the first day of the fast, 263. My goal weight of 120 is not for this fast alone, but for the end of the series of fasts I have begun. The blog was started after I was already into my big plans to make a littler me. :) teeheehee I seem to keep revising the plan too. Whatever work I guess.
