Glad to hear you know what is best for you. That last time I really worked on my weight and health I did alot of 2 and 3 days fasts. Then I would eat raw foods then fast again. It worked. In three months I lost over 30 pounds. Keeping that weight off was a different story. I relented on my no cheese/eggs/butter policy and downward spiraled from there. Ugg. Here I am again. This time I want to make it a complete lifestyle remodel versus a diet. Your body knows what works best for you. Hope to see you blogging your next fast soon!
