Stick to your guns and you will be so proud of yourself in the end. Thinking of how many times you eaten certain foods is interesting. I don't think I have ever heard someone mention that before. Fortunately, all that will still be there for you to enjoy after 10 or 14 or 21 days of cleansing. You just need to reevaluate how much you eat and how often if you want to keep any weight loss off. Also, exercise is key, so it's never to early to get started on that. The MC slows your metabolism so initially, you will see quite a bit of weight loss, but the longer you are into the cleanse, the weight loss really slows down because the metabolism has slowed. One way to keep the metabolism at a higher rate is through exercise.
