You're in a crucial stage of Juice Fasting, the first days. There's a lot going on with your body right now, and a cold doesn't help things. :) Once the "big" detox days are nearing an end, I'll bet your cold will be, too. I, too, was sick a few days after starting my fast. The nice thing was the real lack of mucus. I hope you start to feel beter soon.

Oh, and if you're experiencing mucus and are drinking OJ, you might want to cut out the OJ until the cold is gone.
