didn't see this till today (march 13) but I'll still answer, it sounds like you're going to do another fast.
The colonic is only uncomfortable. It doesn't hurt. And you're fine afterwards - just keep releasing till you feel empty. My place I went to had a private bath/shower for me when I was done, so I could stay there for as long as I needed to. I drove an hour each way to get to the place and I never had any trouble or urges on the way home.
They stick a tube up your butt, and through magic, sometimes water goes in, and sometimes waste goes out. It's truly amazing. Add This Message To Your CureZone Favorites!
