OK Jftt, I have been fasting on and off some raw some water days for the past month or so. from tomorrow I will be fasting in the same time as you on water and juice if necessary. I am aiming at 40 days plus. we shall see. well in really we know it is possible as other people have done it, however I am sure it gets easier with practice and I have not done a long fast before. I would love to experience deep organ cleansing and notice healing crisis and physiological changes.
I hope you will communicate with me whenever you are tempted to eat and BEFORE you do eat. Careful there is but a small amount of time between the two. I might not be near my computer at the time so WAIT till I reply. I am curious to see how much my support can help you.
