Today is my 4th day off coffee and while I have a slight headache, I'm starting to feel better. I noticed today that the dark circles under my eyes are starting to fade a bit. While I still feel very tired, I am beginning to feel better, if that makes sense. I don't know how to explain it really, like my head is more clear and not so sick inside.
Today we had smoothies for breakfast (bananas, strawberries, almond milk, flaxseed and greenlife) I LOVE THEM! Lunch was veggie rolls, (romaine for the 'roll' and the following cut up: spinach, avocado, seaweed salad, cukes, lil' tommatoes, gabanzoes blended with garlic for spread) I can't begin to tell you how good these were!
Dinner was a fresh soup of broccoli, asparagus, a carrot, garlic a pinch of salt and pepper with almond milk and water) I blended this on high until there were no chunks, put in a pan, heated on LOW for a few just till warm. It was good/okay, next time not so much garlic.. it is much stronger when you aren't cooking it to death.
I had a banana for snack. I'm feeling like I want to eat, maybe it'll pass or maybe I can think of something else I want.
I think this whole raw thing is the best.
