I noticed this is a very old post but I have to say this from experience.
I used home colonics (Coloma board) and coffee enema for more than four years. The problem with this kind of purging systems is one mental, more of an attitude and boy is it time consuming. Thank God for having my own separate bedroom that helped a lot.
I can’t say enough about the coffee enema. The benefit is just immediate. The flow of oxygen to the brain, and enlightenment of things I never knew before (the wow factor) is one of the many benefits I enjoyed. But you have to know what you are doing.
Couldn’t achieve the benefits if some one is only mind smart. Need to go deep and be in touch with the heart and follow the spirit. That needs trusting your own spirit. That is no easy task. Need patience, practice and time.
That said I also use SWF. It’s superb. Like you said it will clean you from top to bottom.
What I am trying to say here is all these purging system have place and time. The important thing is how to use them effectively with wisdom. When it comes to wisdom IHMO nothing beats following the heart or Spirit
