While I was searching for yr reply to “Not a care in the world” (very tricky to find!) I was reading this post about salt water flushing. Should they be done during cleanses only? I mean fasting only?
I always start my days with 1 – 1.5 pints of salted warm water. I have recently increased my salt intake to help my adrenals and I have been getting …… yes…..a cleansing experience. Stinky BM’s.
I take 1-2 teaspoons (large-ish) of Himalayan rock salt per day. And 0.5 tsp in the morning gives me this cleansing experience.
To me, it feels fine and I always like to think “better out than in”
