HI. I am trying to take an extended fast. I have not been able to make it past 2 1/2 days. I am trying to enable myself to fast longer, several days.
I like your posts. As I was reading them I got the sense, "Yes, you can fast; it is going to be okay." Even if it is not thrilling and contains no pleasure, it is really going to be okay. It is going to be okay and I will live through it. It is bearable. But I am not at all able to really commit still to getting past 1/2 days. THis in spite of the fact that my body really really wants to.
