    Ugh. Another day of only a 1/2 pound loss. Which means I'm back to doing the salt water flish, at least for today and tomorrow, and I may even do it on "Day 11," since I'm hoping to post a weight loss on Day 12. Overall, I was hoping to reach 120 pounds, which would have been 11 pounds in 10 days. I've been on track to lose one pound per day, which wasn't a sufficient pace to reach 120 as it was, and today puts me slightly below even that. So hopefully the SWF will pick that up again, and maybe doing it and an evening tea on Day 12 will kick off the last pound that'll probably remain.

    Also not feeling great today. About the same as I felt on Days 2 and 3 -- kinda low energy with a slight headache. May be the cleanse; may be the weather, which is back to hot and humid.

    So on Sunday the boyfriend tempted me with popcorn and nachos at the movies; last night he got burgers and cajun fries from Five Guys. But again, didn't succumb. I think it helps that at this point I'm so close to not cheating that I don't want to blow it. Plus, I can just tell myself that the end is near and I'll get to eat normally in just a few more days (not that my first meal is going to be Five Guys, but still...). Also, I'm seeing the results, so I really don't want to mess it up.

    2 days to go...!

      I'm on Day 10. Don't worry about the weight loss. When you start eating again, begin an exercise program. You may drop a few more lbs when you stop doing the SWFs. I am not doing the daily SWFs because I find I feel bloated (even after drinking plenty water the day before). Drink plenty of water as you begin to add food to your diet to flush you out.

        Thanks for the feedback! It's hard not to focus on weight loss, since the Type A side of me (and frankly, there's very little Type B about me) loves the tracking the numbers aspect of it. But yeah, focusing day-to-day probably isn't all that helpful. Good luck with the rest of your cleanse!
