This just came to me as I was putting my son to sleep. I think that stupid move with the Sea Salt this morning burned my tongue. I can't imagine it being the cleanse.

It's probably not burning but actually dehydrating your tongue and giving it an odd sensation. I remember when I did the cleanse, my tongue was ultra sensitive. Maybe try using less salt. You could also give yourself a break from teh sea salt cleanse and just drink the herbal laxitive tea day and night. That was actually more effecttive and less painful for me.

I tries a SWF again today but I can't stomach it anymore. I think I'll try the am/pm herbal tea instead. Thanks for the tip.

Is the salt water burning because your tongue is already sore? How white is your tongue? You could try a tung brush http://www.tungbrush.com/ . I started using one for this fast and it helps. They are only a couple of bucks and you can get them at your local drugstore.
Hope that helps,
Peanut

I am not sure anymore. I am stopping the SWF's anyway. I'll do a nightime/morning herbal tea instead. I can't stomach the SWF and the thought that it could've burned my tongue is a turn off.

Hi,
Your problems could be due to mixing the Master Cleanser diet with Hulda Clarke's tinctures. If you read the Master Cleanser you will see that Burroughs says you should avoid supplements. All necessary minerals and vitamins are in the lemonade.
