This morning I had a nightmare
where I went deep into the body.
I realize that I travel a lot at night.
This is my escape, as well as joy.
I realize that I travel a lot because
when I go deep into the body,
I meet with lots of energies that
are shocking. I realized a long time ago
that I use my body to stuff emotions.
Doing that leads to irritations.
Irritations lead to inflammations--
a kind of inner war.
I realized that in the next year, aside from
the Ayurvedic medicines that I am taking now,
and the accupunture I do on a regular basis,
I want to delve deeper into using the flower essences.
I will be meeting with Patricia Kaminski, co-founder
of the Flower Essence Society. Patricia is an incredible soul.
Her husband Richard Katz, was another one of those
practitioners that were involved is some of that Bay Area
research of the late 70's. I was writing about that yesterday
in reference to Deradune and her work transcribing some
of the Flower Elixir work from Gurudas.
Richard and Patricia have done some major global
work with flower essences.
I see them once a year at the Natural Product Expo West.
This year the dates are March 23-26 in Anaheim.
I want to contact Patricia and ask if I could have some of
The Seven Love Cures at her booth. There is definitely
a tie in. She already knows my work. I am a member
of the Flower Essence Society and she is a member
of the Enchanted Garden Club.
Each of the Seven Love Cures
have a flower on them in the Love Cure Post Card
series that I am moving along.
I will be showing all Seven of the Post Cards today
for the very first time at an afternoon birthday party
for Kathy Lunna, a good friend. She is a big fan
of The Seven Love Cures. I will have a table at her party
and lead the opening meditation before a sit down dinner.

Affirmations are a specialized activity within the larger field of soul processes such as meditation, contemplation and prayer. They are elegant and evocative words which enable the soul to initiate positive goals of inner development. It is a tenet of all spiritual teachings, as well as business and professional training programs, that the ordering of thought and the harmonizing of feeling have a powerful impact on our ability to manifest change, both within ourselves and within the world.
The word affirmation suggests a process for becoming “firm,” or strong in one’s internal structure. Flowers are indeed a language of both heaven and earth. Even the most hardened among us can recognize that flowers embody an exquisite language of the soul in all human cultures. They are used to express our inmost feelings in all forms of human celebration, commemoration and ritual — including birth, marriage, death and all other life passages.

| The rose has a very high vibration which is why I insisted that be the only flower in my wedding bouquet. I LOVE the smell of fresh,live flowers. I don't like picked flowers all that much.

There is the most incredible rose photo
from my backyard.
This is an ol' fashioned rose....
I have taken it to conferences and had
everyone I meet inhale it.
They do not have ol' fashion roses
that much these days.
It does not look that nice, but oh the fragrance.
You can practically smell the one I have
in the photo with the poem :"Soul Mates."
