You know, your Cracks, your broken places.

but unless we work with our Crack material,
the Soul remains buried

the envy
the comparing
the wanting
the jealousy
the anger

There is this Spark of me
the little bit of God you are and I AM.
Some people wold like there to be Peace on Earth--
There is Peace on Earth.
All you need to do is touch your Soul.
Peace comes from knowing who you are.
So where am I, God, in the world.
I am in many places. No very important place
to find me is in the Earth.
The Earth and the Soul are soilmates.
so dig in.
I, God, have given you a perfect technology--
the technology of seeds and growing things.
You are here to grow personally.

that is based on keeping us stuck in the Crack...
War is a great way to keep us stuck there...
and the attempt to make war on the body
through disease allievatiion is also a great money maker

from any one Path that sees me!

There is no time like the present.
God wants us to get the "hell" down there,
learning from our stuff, clean it up,
and in the process create more beauty on earth.
Most of us live inside the Crack for more time
that we would like to admit.
This is where addictions come in.
We get stuck in the hell hole through
the limited patterns we are born into
and never evolve out of it.
We get boxed in.
Our rounded edges get cut off.
We get stuck in the Crack.
in the Hell hole.
I was just watching myself living in fear.
There is fear in the Hell hole,
and disease comes from getting stuck there
rather than moving it through.
Can you name various emotions where you get stuck?
Take a good look.
This is how the conditions we live in show up...
Then we name them diseases and go to war with them,
as if fighting them with this or that can possibly making peace.
Even the way we cleanse can become an addiction.
That is what addictions are....things we do to make us
feel good, when somewheredeep we are feeling bad
and quite uncomfortable.
So how do we deal with the discomfort?
There are physical remedies that we often choose
when we have had enough.
I personally have to say that I have gotten tremendous
healing from using very high living cultures of acidophilus,
one brand in particular. I am sure a person could make
cultures themselves. I know for a fact that bowel conditions
and the pain will not end without balancing the flora.
It is amazing how many more foods I can digest now
since I added this remedy, as well as those Mivita
Minerals I was touting last year.
(Bio-K acidophilus/Casei...expensive but worth it...

Re acidophilus: have you ever tried putting a little of the culture into a food you are making as a fermented recipe? I got this idea from Viktoras Kulvinskas in his book Lover's Diet I think, where just in a matter of hours, in warmth, the probiotics are greatly multiplied!
I'll have to look into the MiVita Minerals too. Am going to look for your blog entry on that.
