I will define The Essene Way and the Essene Walk in future Plant Your Dream Blogs. I need to get down to the Apple Store now to get a new cable, my lifeline to phone service. Amazing that it has become such!

This was a good day. I went through various photos. I was doing inner healing of my Jewish roots. Connected with friends of Neshama Carlebach, the daughter of Rabbi Shlomo Carlebach. This happened on Facebook through posting a photo of Neshama when she was a child.
There is an author of a book on Shlomo who contacted me early Sunday morning, January 4, 2015. He is gathering info on Rabbi Shlomo.
I gain strength when I write on this Plant Your Dream Blog, "Notes on the Father on the Essene Renaissance."

I received a Pedometer at Rancho La Puerta during my last visit.
I am using it. I want to keep tabs on how many steps I am taking.

What is being asked of me?
What is being asked of me? I'm scheduled for a procedure to pull out a kidney stone January 21. I am being advised by my closest health mentor that having surgery at this time without taking care of other health concerns that likely parasites interfering with my ability to digest food properly is not recommended. I've been losing weight. I've been challenging myself for numbers of years to move my mission forward. Winning back our sacred Seeds is my mission. I'm being called at this time of life to take sincere actions in winning back my own sacred seed. Hey my journey lead to an Essene Renaissance and renaissance in myself and in the world. It's in our hands to plant the future of Humanity through what we each do now.

last night I listened to the SDSU-Navy Football game.
This was a disturbing experience. SDSU lost 17-16. They had every opportunity in the world to win. I have heard it said that some fans live or die by the team. This game was a killer. I had nightmares. I do not want my life and feelings to be impacted by such events. Just a note.

I have not cleared it in a couple days.
I did not wear it yesterday.
The day before, January 26, was a good day. it rained some and I went to the Trees for Health Garden. I also was able to find Stinging Nettle nearby.
Had a good bowel movement.
just now….
I was taking the Proflora…and I ate Aduki beans last night. I did not have gas. I also used sauerkraut.
I need to believe I can put together my healing team.
I need a naturopath to work with me.
Maybe Moira can do that.
