there is a garden radio show on KSFO in San Francisco and he has a recipe for rat bait that is 3 parts of old fashioned rolled oats (not the smaller "quick oats") to 1 part of dry Plaster of Paris powder. He says to mix the two together well and the rats will eat it. someone called the show from Ohio this morning and it worked on a elative's place that had maybe 100 rats and now they are all gone.
