I'm dictating this via iPhone microphone.
I'm lying in bed with my eyes closed.
I'm starting to come back alive. I hope I can do this. There's a lot to live for now. I can understand why Dr. James O'Sullivan Darcy tested strong for the FES five flower remedy.
He is a medical intuitive who is working with me.
I can see some progress from the formulas he suggested.
Five flower formula is in shock. I have been through incredible shocks this entire year.
Rick Passo and Katrina Frey helped me a lot yesterday through their actions towards me.

I'm starting to re-stab life my plant connection. I got a new sourdough starter yesterday from Mel.

I'm aware that my mind has become fragmented this year
I started to get my mind back a couple weeks ago that is a first good step
When I write I start to get in touch with my soul.
Through plants. And exercise, that's a new one for me, I can reestablish my connection with my body.
I need positive feedback in this world for me to be here.
I have a great opportunity to fill my commitment to the natural heirloom expo. That show is in less than a month. I've started to look at myself in the mirror. I've been losing a lot of weight.
I've had very little control over my bowl the last month.
This is turning around a little bit.
This morning I want to go to the farmers market.
I need to keep making my comeback.
