well I got thru the last few days..it has not been easy..i am constantly thinking about food and hungry all the time..i can hardly stand the juice anymore and even master cleanse lemonade is not really going down well. I have backed off the exercise a little to see if that helped but I am still so very tired and lethargic. to make it all worse my weight has remained the same for the last 7 days...which is really frustrating and challenges the will to continue. it really is more a matter of this is something I said I will do and I am going to do it! lets just say I cant wait till next week to sink my teeth into a beautiful banana!! im not sure why this has been so hard for me maybe it is the combination of working full time, being away from home and starting an exercise program...but im still glad I have done it and I know I will feel an immense sense of achievement when I finish. I am a little nervous about eating in that I feel like I want to over eat.. I don't usually feel this at the end of the fast but then again I am never usually hungry while fasting. anyway i'm sure I will work it out! I am very happy that exercise is back in my life again and look forward to building one what I have started. hoping I can start running longer distances soon! time to get fit and strong!!
day 29 of 30 - not sure why but I cant add a new post??? so here it is last day..thank goodness. my weight did finally move over the weekend so that is good. I am really ready to finishing so looking forward to going quick tomorrow! still very happy I can do this but this one has probably being the hardest fast I have done..maybe lots of other things going on in life that have effected it! anyway here is to another lovely sleep and then one more day!! yeah!!
yeah made it! weight loss today was a big surprise I have lost 11kilos in 30 days, the last few days I lost nearly 3 kilos not sure how that happened but i'll take it! this fast has not being easy I have made that clear..but im still glad ive done it! now onto food thank heavens! start with fruit and raw veggies and move on slowly to cooked food. aiming for mostly raw and very low carbs, protein low sugar and low fat. glad that im exercising and definatley feeling stronger..still really tired and hungry so ive got to be careful not to overeat! but all being said it is a tremendous feeling to have accomplished another 30 day fast!!
