Waking up with some pain in my kidneys.
Taking three AminoActiv, natural pain reliever and five pellets of
Arnica Montana 30 c. Taking two My Community, Paul Stamets.
Feeling fear--take some fearless.
Feeling pressure to from reading housemate email.
I am not on top of the finances for the Front of the House Project.
That is the source of some of the extreme pressure I have been feeling.
I was doing the story last week, taking time to do something for publication
while at the same time, I am feeling this great responsibly
for getting him funds. I do not know how much of a budget we have left.
I left him to be responsible
for the record keeping on this project.
I can't handle the pressure.
Pressure: the pain is at a 3.5 and yesterday it went up to an 8 of the ten.
The narcotic gives relief for the pain, but I am feeling side effects of potential headache.
I am drinking the hydragia tea and the cranberry juice.
Ibuprofen
This is not the first time I have had an experience with Kidney stones--or crystals. Ibuprfen helped me manage the pain, but the side effect of Ibuprofen is that it can hurt the kidney. Even my doctor yesterday brought that up. Progress: Glad to know this is becoming commmon knowledge.
Ibuprofen also requires food be taken with it.
I am not sure what to eat with it.
I still have some goat meat in the crock pot.
How to manage this condition?
I want to dissolve the kidney stones.
I am not sure how much work that will take.
I waited at the hospital until a urologist called back.
That took many hours of waiting.
The doctor said they generally call back in 30 minutes.
What to take next?
I may be detoxifying the substance that they put in the I.V. for pain at the hospital.
What to take next?
I am waiting a bit to see if the AminoActiv (3) can do the job.
I long does it take for Ibuprofen to kick in if I need it?
I do not want to be taking the Percoset.
That is a narcotic.
I took one as I left the ER. I took 3/4 of a pill when I woke up around 2 am.
Took Ibuprofen for first time 800 mg
O.K., I am concerned that if I want to go to the FM, I can't do it with the pain level, or concern about pain getting worse. Took four 200 each Ibuprofen just now and some goat. You need to have food with Ibuprofen to keep the stomach from being upset.

Success! I set the timer for six hours. I did not have pain in between the six hours. This is a breakthrough. The next breakthrough will be to get the Kidney stones to desolve!
The Kidneys as an alchemical Laboratory. I want to know how I created them here and how to dissolve them!

This culminated July 3 at the Alvarado Hospital in San DIego Undergoing a procedure called Laser Lithrotripsy, where a stent of Plastic is placed inside the Ureter to create space to release a Kidney Stone that hd been stuck there.
