Had a most delightful "getting to know you" conversation with Ann G. Schieber of Exeter, New Hampshire, this morning.
She is one of seven of the first Enchanted Garden Members for our 2013 Campaign.
I met Ann at the Juice Plus+ Leadership Conference in Long Beach, CA. The Conference was April 11-13, 2013 and was a Life Shifter for me.
Lurrae Lupone, my dear friend, and East Coast Organizer, sort of arm twisted me into going to the Conference. Lurrae was originally going to come herself from Connecticut. I was looking forward to this being our first time together since my East Coast Tour of 2011. It was because of Lurrae that I joined NSA, the creators of Juice Plus+ and The New Tower Garden.
As Your Enchanted Gardener, I am invested in creating a nation of Eminent Gardens who regain their beat with nature. I see this as a key to Winning Back Our Sacred Seeds. One of my main projects this year is the Campaign to Grow A Healthier Pizza. I am getting focused on being of service to the Enchanted Garden Club Membership that will support this Campaign that is focusing on Food Reform in America.
The Tower Garden, the new vertical growing system that encourages Grow Your Own Food is a natural fit for me; however, I am slow to warm up to new products unless they jump up at me. Juice Plus+ Whole Food Blends in capsules have been slow to get on my Radar, although Lurrae believes in them strongly. They were slow to get on my Radar, until I attended the Long Beach Juice Plus+ Leadership Conference April 11-12-13.
This was the 20th Anniversary for NSA's Juice Plus+. NSA is the organizing corporate group behind Juice Plus+ and the new Tower Garden.
There were lovely 20th Anniversary labels on the ground and around the Long Beach Convention Center. I pulled a couple of this circular momento's off the escalator before I left. I am sorry now I did not take time to pull one off the ground.
It is easy for me to fall in love. There were many factors that draw me including team play and organizations that aim to inspire personal growth. I see NSA doing this with Juice Plus+ I like that there is a philanthropic Mission behind Juice Plus+. There are sincere in wanting to create a healthier world. Amen. That is one of my Missions as well.
Meeting ann Schieber was one of those delightful meetings of Destiny that happen. I needed to find her. She was with some of her friends in the lobby at the end of Friday, the second day. We talked for about 30 minutes.
She planted dreams in the pot I was carrying. I gave her some special Baker Creek Heirloom Seeds and KAMUY® Ancient Wheat to take home.
She in involved in many activities in Exeter, New Hampshire, a place with a lot of US History behind it.
