Well with a banana and mandarin the fast is over - i finally weighed myself and i am 140pd. the last time i weighed myself ws a long time before the fast but i was 162 pd I am guessing i was around that weight if not a little heavier, so i lost 22pd - not bad not great but about average for what i lose on a fast. I may continue to post each week to keep track - realy want to continue on this path of health and well being and weight loss
wow you don't think that's good!? 22 pounds in 30 days is AMAZING!!!! and how tall are you? just trying to get a feel- I'm on day 23 of my fast and weigh 147.5- the last time I weighed before the fast I was like 167 but I don't feel like I look like i've lost any weight....I would LOVE to be 140 by the end of my fast! GREAT JOB! keep blogging as you break the fast, I am SUPER curious to know how it goes and how you keep weight off (and keep losing) since I will be attempting that in 10-15 days. :) AWESOME AWESOME you're great!
thanks for your words of encouragement - i guess 22 pounds is good its just that i use to weigh low 130's so its still not great - good but not great!! I have blogged a lot on previous fasts if you want to look at how i went after my first 30 day fast its under the same title but ausjulie (without the 2) go to top blogs i think its around number 27. I was 200 pound when i started lost 25pounds on first fast and then continued to lose weigth at around 2 pound per week for the next four months till i got to my goal weight of 140 then contined again to get fruther into the low 130's. it was hard work, i was the fittest i have ever been but it was well worth it.
i am 5'4" so really should be lighter. But i am determined to get there so its all good! good luck with yours - and try to enjoy the other things a fast gives you as well as the weight loss!
