    Alright, so what I really need right now is some assurance that I am doing the right thing. As far as weight loss, I know that if I lose weight, I have to come off of the fast VERY slowly and carefully so I don't put it back on, BUT is there some chance that I can't keep it off? No matter how little I eat after? And what about losing in the first place? I just read somewhere that a small percentage of people don't lose weight on a juice fast. Is this because they drink too much juice so the calories in/calories out doesn't work out? Or is there some weird thing going on... haha I know I'm rambling I just REALLY want this to work.
    As for fasting today- I only had water until about 3pm...I haven't been hungry AT ALL. I also haven't head a headache or felt weak or anything and I just came from working out-crazy! I thought I'd be dragging today-nope :) There have been a few times where I've been tempted to eat but I think it's more out of habit and boredom- so lame. I think I can make it through tonight just fine, we'll see how tomorrow goes.
    I hope one of you can answer some of my questions and, of course, if any of you have experience with weight loss on a juice fast were you able to keep it off and how?!

      The weight will come off!!! and it will stay off as long as you eat sparsely and healthily.
      Glad that today was a good day. Beware that there will be bad ones. be prepared: If it's bad it means it's good so don't be alarmed and keep going. For instance if it's hunger or temptation it means that your stomach and your mind are trying to convince you to eat, which means that you do not have stored supplies of energy available, which means (and that's the important bit to remember) that if you do not eat your body will have no choice but to use stored supplies for fuel! Which is exactly what you want for weight loss and cleansing.
      Same thing if you are tired, remember that you are about to switch to stored up energy(fat).
      if it's aches and pains it means that toxin is coming off your organs and back into your blood stream for elimination. Toxins are stored in fat cells mostly so the fat is going too at this point.
      If you feel mentally challenged such as remembering bad times of your life, going over unfinished or painful business, regressing and regretting, that sort of thing, it means that you are going through a "healing crisis", finally getting rid of poisonous bad feelings which prevent you from being happy and in turn affect your body's ability to work at optimum efficiency.

      Through all of these you must remain patient with yourself, leave aside any duties and wait till it passes. Sleep if you can, basically Let Go do not hang on to or try to understand what's happening just remember that something good is happening and that bad feeling will pass and that particular toxin is going away and never coming back to bother you.

        Oh my gosh- YOU are amazing! Haha, you say exactly what I need to hear and really keep me going!! How is your fast going? Everything okay!?
        About what you said about feeling "bad" means good things are happening, I totally agree, and that's why I almost wish I felt hungrier...I've never minded feeling hungry and at least then I would know my body was gonna "eat" some fat haha- gross image but that's how I like to think of it :)
