SHIFT, IS THAT ALL I CAN COUNT ON NOW?

This was my first acupuncture visit for 2011.
Lots of emotions coming up.
I would like to write more now, but
it is 2:17 pm.
My head is feeling weary from this bank
of computers. I have been here for more than
45 minutes.

I want to go to OB People's food and get some boxes.

Sunny Day.

Good to get out of the house.

Seeking clarity about next steps at home.

That was the practitioners intention when she
needed me today. She told me that later.

She had very cold hands and a warm heart.

I am feeling somewhat better, being away from the house.

I have a phone date with Judith Larkin Reno for 4;00 pm.
I better get going.


THINGS CANNOT STAY THE SAME AT HOME

That is the clearest thing I can say.
Things cannot stay the same at home.
The insanity level is off the map.

Taking a stand is difficult to make the Shift.
The best thing to acknowledge is that
a Shift has happened and I am being asked
to adapt to that Shift.

I will describe the Shift that has happened later.

Writing from the PCOM Library.
"PCOM" stands for Pacific College of Oriental Medicine.
There are three campuses of this school,
here in San Diego, one in Chicago, and one in New York.

This is a mainstay of my healing community
for many years now.

Once a year I create an Altar at the Pacific Symposium,
a very popular conference that has been held for numbers
of years at the Catamaran Resort Hotel and Spa in San Diego
on Mission Beach.

Each week I bring in flowers to the school
that come from JR Organic. I receive an acupuncture treatment.
The students support the JR Organic CSA.
Numbers of students have joined the CSA that has a drop off
spot here on Thursdays.

Pacific College is located in Mission Valley.
