Blog: Bad Breath & Acid Reflux Nearly Ended My Life
Hi my name is Alex’s and this is my blog
I had Acid Reflux for years. I thought it was normal. Then I started to have other problems like Post Nasal Drip, Bad Breath and GERD. When I got Heart Burn which was every other day it was so painful I had trouble working and sleeping. I looked like I was 35 when I was 25. I took Mylanta pills nonstop and just drank Mylanta from the bottle. Eventually Mylanta just couldn’t ease the pain. I’ve search all over the web and pay hard earned money for all kinds of products and books. One book said all I needed was a slice of apple 4 times per day and all would be fine. I felt so stupid doing that for a month and getting nowhere. When I asked my friend to honestly tell me about my breath he said “you don’t want to know” but I pressed him so he told me and I was mortified. He told me I had fecal breath odour for YEARS and everybody talked and made jokes about me and my poo breath but never talked about me when I was around. After I got out of my depression I had no self-worth no self-esteem. I felt my life wasn’t worth living. I talked to many doctors who I am sure they thought that I stank but could offer no useful advice apart from floss, brush your teeth and tongue which I’d been doing for years. ....I finally had a friend who suffers too, send me a eBook he bought 5 or 6 months ago he ask me how his breath smelt and I didn't smell a thing. He said the Book amongst much else had him stop eating dairy food/ soft drinks and coffee/tea. So I’m like reading it and doing all the stuff it says to do. Thinking this has to be bull. But after a few days my tongue started turning red and felt nice. I worked up the courage to ask a friend how my breath smelt and he’s like it smells much better. Now I’m thinking all those years of humiliation and I could have solved it ffs! There is a site about it called Oraltech Labs When I read the site I felt sorry for the guy as he clearly had a real tough time with his bad breath, which pretty much ruined his school years. At lest he found a way to beat his bad breath and is letting others know how. Hope this help you!

So you never going to eat/drink dairy， soda or coffee or tea in your life anymore？

I am depressed due to my bad breath from acid reflux. I started to take med. but i heard acid reflux can only be controlled and no guarantee it will be cured due to the loosening of muscle
