Argument for oil pullingR by lovefreedom 4y

I have noticed many speculations on the forum around HOW the oil pulling works and whether or not it pulls out the bacteria from the blood stream. And I agree that the argument that oil pulls out the bacteria directly from the blood stream is hard to uphold.
But even without it, oil pulling works.
The oil doesnít need to pull the bacteria out of the blood for it to work.
It is easy to understand knowing how bacteria works - it needs certain conditions to grow rapidly and so the first phase of infection is the ípreparationí rather than rapid growth. So at the beginning bacteria pr ...

I donít know that it is the empty stomach that is so important, as much as that you are doing oil pulling at opportune times when more bacteria has accumulated in the mouth. Certainly, first thing in the morning is the absolute best time to oil pull. There is a maximum amount of bacteria in the mouth; if you eat breakfast and then oil pull afterwards, you have already swallowed most of the bacteria that had accumulated overnight. So in my opinion, you oil pull before or many hours after meals to remove the maximum amount of harmful bacteria/toxins.

Oil Pulling is pretty wonderful. Thereís an oil pulling forum here on cz. The premise is that the oil stimulates lymph and a pull from your body into the oil. Think of it like a siphon or an oil pump in a field. Thereís a gentle, continuous pulling motion that sucks stuff up a tube - the same is effectively true for oil pulling (or at least thatís a general consensus). I have oil pulled with a bridge and it is still in place and in good order. I suppose success with OPíing depends on the quality of your bridge, how old it is, and how hard you suck or pull the oil. You can definitely be more gentle on that side of your mouth while pulling and see how you go. I think pulling is actually good for bridges because it is difficult to clean under the bridge and the oil pull is a good way of cleaning between those spaces. good luck :-)
