Sip This for Superhealthy Teeth
Can’t get to your toothbrush? Try sipping a cup of green tea instead.
Research shows that drinking green tea may be a good way to impress your dentist. In a study, the more green tea men drank, the better their gums fared during dental exams.
Green for Great Gums
You know that part of the dental exam when your dentist pokes and prods your gums to see how healthy they are? The study showed not only did frequent green tea drinkers have better results during the exam, but also their gums bled less. Here’s a bonus reason to drink green t ...

It seems like common sense now that it has been mentioned. As we use out toothbrushes to brush away plaque and germs and candida along with food particles etc , we are also providing a breeding ground for more candida and other bacteria on our warm, wet, toothbrushes. Then we pick it up again and brush our teeth again and again , giving more candida a free ride into our mouths. Since candida in the intestines can travel up into the mouth and cause thrush, of course it can travel from the mouth back into our intestines. 1] - many cancers are related to bacterial and viral infections, possibly a CTP OTS tactic. This has been ignored until recently, but we will find that many cancers can be beat or avoided by bacterial controls, like Colloidal Silver.
2] - many other illnesses will be found to be caused by our dental condition. For many, the best option just might be complete extractions, but dentists are hesitant to do this. They somet ...

If you have abscesses in your mouth, sodium chloride (not sodium chlorite) is beneficial. Sodium chloride is ordinary salt. Put some salt in a glass of water, stir to dissolve the salt, and gargle. Salt reduces the acidity in the affected area, and enables abscesses (not cavities) to heal.
I suggest you go to a dentist and find out what the dentist recommends. It may not be as bad as you imagine. You can just go for a checkup first. Then you can decide what to do.

She started at 20 grams per day of C and then tapered off, she is now taking 2-5 grams per day. Absorption of C is greatly enhanced by taking MSM at the same time. The combo also removes mercury from the body, which seems like it would help you.
A testimonial from someone who also used high-dose C for his gums:
