That is the whole point. Frequency can make a difference. Yes, any frequency will work. Some frequencies do work better.
>- I suggest everyone read Hulda Clark 's book in order to find out these things.
Done, many of us have read several of her books.
It seems that some think that Dr. Clark was first and this is not true. Read the Body Electric by Dr. Robert O. Becker M.D. His work dates from the 1950's to the 1980's and was published ahead of Dr. Clark's first book. This was some real research with results published in scientific journals.
Also, some seem to think that Dr. Clark's work is definitive and that she could not have possible overlooked anything. I think that if you were to ask her, she would tell you that there is much more work that can be done.
An example of this is with footpads. See http://www.paradevices.com/footpad_zapping.html for full technical disclosure including Oscilloscope diagrams and statistical data. The proof is there, augmentation footpads do improve results.
As for wrist straps vs copper paddles, see http://www.paradevices.com/ParaZapper_output.html . I doubt that the rings are even as good as wrist straps because they are smaller in contact area. They work, of course, just not as well.
Show me technically that they are as good and I will change my claim.
Everyone who claims that all frequencies are the same is basically saying the R.R. Rife is full of ?#@%$#. Certain frequencies are better for certain problems.
