Yes, I agree. I have done some reading on mono-eating. It says you shouldn’t combine certain foods, and also it’s best to eat one of the four food groups at a time. Sometimes I eat like that; it’s usually because I am don’t want to wait for the rest of my meal to get finished. While my chicken is still baking I will eat the salad/greens and the rice. J
You have a very good point about food combining. It’s very true. A loved one once told me that the sandwich is one of the worse things you should eat because you have all of the these different foods being eaten together where the stomach is pouring out different enzymes and makes digestion harder.
