Well, I do have three-four good bms a day, and when I eat veggies that process within 12 hours or less(on occasion six hours). But meat in particular takes longer to process, I think. To be honest I am concerned about that about the transit time of the sweet n sour pork. I think it should take about two, maybe three, days to process completely. The human body was made to eat veggies, sprouts, legumes, wheat, grasses, etc., that's why our intestines are so long compared to tiger and dogs who eat only meat. So I'm just thinking if you are basing your opinion on veggie transit time, you aren't making an accurate assessment. (I hope you are not offended, I do value and trust your opinions generally}
I was looking at a diagram of the healthy colon where it showed that the colon should only hold three meals at one time in order to make sure the food is moving/processing correctly. I think I may be harboring five. (I know a 54-year-old man who is a dear friend of mine who goes about 3-4x a WEEK! He tells me once a day in the morning but I can tell he is lying).
I am going on another round of cleanses next week with p&b shakes; maybe with the Master Cleanse.
I must admit, I may or may not become a complete vegan, which imo is the ideal diet, because I can't seem to get the combination right in a vegan menu for my individual diet needs. Also, I just like a good hamburger every now and then. lol
