I totally agree with Stannarad. I cane to realize that in the hope of healing faster, I delayed my recovery by initially overloading my body with supplements, ''cleanses'' and generally stuff that added to the strerss and toxicity, instead of reducing it.
When you have leaky gut, less is definitely more. As I mentioned, you'll heal primarily by not getting in the way, accepting that progress will come slowly and providing what your body need through organic food.
I am amazed at the huge amount of supplements some candida sufferers take, in the hope of speeding up things. We all want instant results, but unfortunately I have still to hear from a systemic candida sufferer who healed quickly following a simple drug/supps treatment.
Of course, everybody is different, but if you have been ingesting a particular supplement and there is no improvement in sight after 2/3 months, common sense dictates to give it up, as you are not doing any good to your body and literally pouring your hard earned money down the toilet.
