Thanks to Glaxony for suggesting I post here. I had a post on the Iodine
forum, but I'm breaking it into separate questions as suggested.
Looking for experts who have tried a lot of things on parasites!
Do you think Iodine
supplementation, alone, could be enough to kill off parasites?
I would assume that if my diet was complete trash, iodine wouldn't be enough, but I eat as much whole, pesticide-free foods as possible, including lots of vegetables. I just haven't jumped into iodine as much as I could...I take a pretty small dose, and only intermittently, at present.
If I do have a parasite problem, it's not the worst in the world. I think I may have seen some tiny ones. Every now & then I feel like something bit me & I jump, but I can't see "it," and I don't see a bug bite welt on my skin. Now I've been getting weird rashes of little blood spots, and I have a break-out of ringworm. I've also had mild acne, mostly on my face, for years.
