After extensive research and over a month of testing on my own body i've found the reason behind low body temperature when suffering of systemic candida.

Systemic Candida and Body Temperature
This article is about how systemic candida affects the body temperature, but exactly how, we are going to find out.
Just to dig a little deeper before we take off, in more regular medical terms body temperature is called thermarogulation and is a product of metabolical (chemical) processes inside your body, when you absorb nutrients and perform muscular work it produces energy which heats up the body.

The most important amino acids for healing of mucosal lining are L-Glutamic acid and L-Arginine.
When the anti-candida protocol is activated the importance has to be just fighting systemic candida with systemic, but simple measures.
In the long run, improving digestion by backing up thyroid, GI tract and surrounding organs are the main factors for an impoved thermoregulation.
Choice of food, how you eat and what you choose to do after you've done the meal.
When you digest as followed by eating, you notice how the whole body focuses on the metabolism, as an example if you start running directly after eating supper you'll probably start cramping in the abdominal, and why's that is because digesting is a so energydemanding procedure that it needs to concentrate fully on just doing that.

So one bit of the answer to raise your body temperature is simply to eat food that's less demanding of digestion as most of them also contain goitrogens, more about that in the next part.

Improper digestion leads to a toxic body.
In cruciferous vegetables like broccoli, cauliflower, and cabbage, which contain not only goitrogens but also raffinose, a gas-inducing compound also found in beans, causes minor trouble for the intestines, especially cabbage is hard to digest.
Other foods hard to digest are legumes; beans, peas, nuts and lentils but especially nuts and beans belong to the most hard-digested foods out there.
Foods very hard to digest are yoghurt, jerusalem artichoke and eggwhites, those should be avoided if your body can't handle them, they deplete the gut of hydrochloric acid more than other foods which makes digestion difficult for everything that you eat afterwards, when hydrochloric acid runs low some of it is being replaced by lactic acid or other acids but those are not good alternatives since they don't work so well with the metabolism.
The more easy-digestible foods are what you would think the babies are eating, soups, mashes and sauces but what's more interesting is what you give to someone who's bedridden because of sickness, ricegruel! (ie brown rice in this case)
Grains are usually easy to digest but most of them are banished in the candida diet so alternatives like quinoa, amaranth, millet (beware goitrogens) and buckwheat has to be emphasized instead.
Fat, proteins and carbs are what your food usually contains and of those hardest to digest are fat followed by protein and then carbs, the diet has to constitute moderate amounts of each so they may fit into the frames of an easier to digest anti-candida diet, it is suggested that the anti-candida diet should consist of no more than 15 gram carbs per serving but a carb intake of 100 gram a day wouldn't cause much harm either.
Remember if the dose of the anti-fungals aren't sufficient the progress may take longer.
Allergies and toxins.
Toxins are connected to cells that can't carry out their duties because of toxins.
When you are in a leaky gut state much of the food turns into allergens as your body turns autoimmune, and when allergens or unidentified food-particles enters your bloodstream there are identifiers in your veins that notices these small culprits and alerts the headquarters, the allergens are reported and by restraining the bloodpressure it is easier to arrest these lost souls but this reprimendal makes the body colder.
As the bloodcells catches these toxins and transports them out they let go of their usual duties, amongst of them is delivering oxygen which should be raising the body temperature.
So toxins are one cause to low body temperature, when candida runs fewer in number so does the toxins and more oxygen can be carried out in your body.
Sidenote: Sub-toxins like mycotoxins from brown rice are not of a significant matter to interfere with the struggle against candida, colon cleanses and detoxes like sauna are encouraged.
To get rid of toxins in your body every day is significant to let the bloodcells and hormones free in your body, else the warm metabolism doesn't take place, colon cleanse is an easy way to relief that part.
The alkaline and acidic balance is a little bit complicated to understand at first but once you get the hands on it it's easy to keep monitored, the fact is that the body just have to take control again and when it does that the regulative balance between alkaline and acidic will settle but has to be maintained like everything else needs maintenance to survive.

There are two theories on the pH-balance when fungi is present, one is that candida turns your intestines more acidic and the other is that it turns alkaline, which is true?
The most articles i've read about the alkaline-supporting theory are moreoften written by medical doctors experts on their fields and the acid-supporting articles moreoften have no authors mentioned.
But if you take a look at the gut and the acid in it, it's designed to be effective enough to digest the food and keep the intestines free from uninvited bacterias and other organisms, if it turns too alkaline it would allow more bacterias to pass and settle in the GI tract.
However when the acids in the gut are stabilized and the intestines' pH-levels are normal (neutral) and candida kept in check by the good flora then the balance should be fine.
The truth is that acidic food forms acids in your body of which everyone are dependable of like hydrochloric acid (gastric acid) but too much acidic input would create more mucus which candida and other microbial acts hide themselves in.
The key is to have both acidic and alkaline parts balanced, then accordingly adjust the diet to reduce the excessive mucus and on the other side to improve the recovering and body temperature, listen to it's pulse.
A good rule would be a 80/20 (alk/aci) balance for approaching from the traditional side and avoiding the mucus.
Also, these candida-type diets make people eat vegetables in the morning and that would be like a turnover since the body is designed to turn alkaline as the night arrives and acidic in the morning, that's why most people crave for a cup of coffee or two when they wake up, and why is the only raw/alkaline food in a breakfast often the freshly pressed juice?
It's liquid and doesn't need heavy digestion, i don't know how to cope with alkaline breakfasts but vegetable juice would be a perfect start.
The acidic side emphasizes productivity and energy while alkaline side promotes good sleep and calm mind.
Some nutritions that are acidic may leave an alkaline by-product behind which is called 'alkaline-ash', same goes for 'acidic-ash', alkaline-ash forming are tea, lemon water amongst others.
A rule of a thumb is to eat the raw food first and then the cooked one because if you eat them mixed it ends in indigestion since different pH-levels are needed for alkaline and acidic digestion accordingly, and if you mix raw with cooked food the easily digested ones may fall behind the meat and rot since they don't make it to the small intestine in time.
Fruit shall be eaten alone since it has an effect of it's own on the metabolism.
Meat doesn't have fibers like grains or vegetables so make sure you make it run smoothly through your intestines.
Fibers are usually sensitive issues in bowel diseases, Crohn’s disease, ulcerative colitis, or diverticulitis, a good suggestion would be using detoxifying clay instead.
Certain fibers derived from grains may have a troublesome effect on the systems causing bloating, gas or diarrhea, more soluble ones from are promoted.
Sprouting seed, peas, beans and lentils are easier to digest or soaking them overnight.
Digestive enzymes are crucial for the one who wants to turn the metabolic state upright again, they aid in digestion or when taken between the meals aiding in processes throughout the whole body and not just that, they rip on the defense-walls of the fungis which makes them vulnerable against anti-fungals, digestive enzymes and garlic are of the few nutritions/supplements that fungus can't turn immune against.
When the pancrea runs low on enzymes it calls on help from the repairers of the body to aid with the digestion leaving your body more vulnerable for attacks, so it's a most vital stand to emphasize digestive enzymes, dosage vary but i would say that don't take more than 140% of what's recommended on the label.
Oversupplementing pancreatic enzymes may cause them to start extracting pieces of your body instead if they don't have tasks at their hands.

List of foods with grades of digestion-difficulty.
Very Hard: Yoghurt (pasteurized), Jerusalem artichoke, eggwhite, red meat, FOS (anything with much inulin).
Easy: White fish, brown rice, seed-like grains (quinoa, amaranth, buckwheat and millet), bok choy, sprouted legumes (eat very small amounts a day, toxic in the long run).
Very easy: buckwheat porridge, vegetable juices, certain non-starchy soups.
Promoting body temperature and good sleep: Iodine, Molybdenum, coenzyme Q-10, antioxidants, adequate amounts of sleep, melatonin, adequate amounts of water and mineral salts(not just sodium chloride), yoga.
Supplements promoting thyroid: Selenium, zinc, vitamin E and B6.
