My first week of pulling I felt very energized and my pulls could only last about 10 min. They have lengthened now, but somehow I don't feel like I'm getting the same benefit I did that first week.
My first week, cig cravings were down, skin seemed to clear up, I had a ton of energy and I was amazed at the way my teeth got whiter. Most of that seems to have faded away. I've started to break out somewhat again, the cigs can come and go and I don't cough in the morning from them like I did that first week, and my teeth are still white. I don't feel like it's a detox or healing crisis like I felt with all the headaches. I just feel like it's not really doing anything anymore. What do you think is going on? Should I change oils? I miss that exhilarating feeling of the first week. Has anyone else noticed this change?
I haven't changed my diet too much although I know I need to and I feel that could help. I guess I'm just stuck in old habits. (Any advice on breaking those is welcome as well!)
