I just read where people with adrenal fatigue crave sweets. I also know that if one is diabetic there is a tendency to crave sweets! I am curious about all cravings: salty crunchy, carbs, meat, etc. It seems whatever the craving is--it's for the very thing that is toxic to us. Any theories on why we dont crave spirulina, fresh juices and leafy green vegetables? And I love fruit, but dont crave it. It's like we crave poison and toxins but have to "talk ourselves into" eating healthy and drinking enough water.
