I've had welts show up before, but it has been due to things like ozone sauna where the toxins are coming out (other than a bout of poison Ivy I had this past summer, which was a nightmarish experience). But scratches? That is, in fact strange! Apart from anything obvious like trimming bushes in the yard and such, I can only think of a couple of things. But because this is a health forum I'll only mention one of them. Is it possible that you are inadvertently scratching yourself in your sleep? For example, when do you initially notice them? In the morning? Does your skin feel itchy at all during the day?
From the tone of your messages, it seems that you are dealing with alot of stress at the moment over your health issues. Stress can make us do interesting things while we sleep and our subconscious tries to negaotiate the previous days events and attitudes. That would be my first thought on the scratches. But you may have evidence to suggest otherwise.
It's also possible that you are dealing with some sort of skin condition, which would be the welts, and pronounce any scratching you might be inadvertently doing during your sleep. When the body is overwhelmed and over-stessed, things like skin conditions and a whole host of other symtoms can spring up.
As to your question, H2O2
baths are excellent for anyone. If you like to take baths, you might alternate the following kinds of baths (all baths are just plain water plus):
- One time, use a cup of 35% H2O2
- Next time, use a cup of epsom salt
- Next time, use a cup of baking soda
Baths are relaxing in and of themselves. Don't get caught up in information overload, fueled by fear. Fear will destroy you in and of itself. Relax in a hot bath and start listening to the still small voice inside you, rather than the screaming ones that are telling you you're getting sicker and worse. Don't succomb to fear or it will eat you alive!!!
Those on this forum who are inclined to pray, please do so for this individual. She needs it right now!!!
