I don't think you should do any more dieting. Leave the dieting to the people that are overweight and sick of disease and need to diet. You are already thin and healthy. You don't need to diet. I think you should start eating cooked food again. Keep it healthy food, but just cook it. No fried food. But maybe some stir fry cooked in olive oil. And eat whole wheat bread. Whole wheat bread will get your digestion track on schedule again. Not white bread, but whole wheat toasted really good. Toast it. Your digestion system needs fiber to keep it moving correctly. There is not enought fiber in salads or fruit. That is why your digestion system is not working properly. But whole wheat bread should fix it.
