Search for the foods you want to eat that are richest in protein,
for example- an once of spirulina has 2 grams of protein and all essential amino acids. A cup of spinach has 5 grams, a cup of flaxseed has over 30 grams (but that's too much to eat at once)... lol you get my point. Just look for high-protein foods and you'll find them. Hempseed is another good one, also most nut butters.
