I haven't read through any of your replies, so this may be redundant. :) If you are in a good state of health, you may not need to fast. Your hunger could absolutely be a sign that you don't need be fasting.
Typically hunger coming back after it's gone away is a sign that you're body is done fasting, but since your hunger hasn't left at all, it's possible it's pyschological OR it could also be taking some time for your metabolism to wind down. My husband has a very high metabolism and it took longer for his hunger to away during his fast. hth :)
