Epsom salt (magnesium sulfate) as magnesium supplement?
I read somewhere that one teaspoon (=5 ml) of magnesium sulfate/ Epsom Salt contains 1000 mg of magnesium! Does someone know if it would be a good idear to use magnesium sulfate as a source for magnesium? Maybe drink a glass of water with 1/2 tsp a day?
