I am speaking of myself as well!
I was thinking....my weight/size bother me more than just about ANYTHING else. Everyday I am squeezing myself into clothes that no longer fit(and these were the "fat" clothes I got when I first started gaining weight!) and I am just plain miserable!
I hate the way I look now!
So I want to do something about it. I think fasting will provide the quickest results. I plan on mostly water with chicken both when I sit down w/my family at meals.
I usually am all psyched about fasting/dieting but then the reality of how hard it is sets in and I give up quickly. Well that has only gotten me fatter and fatter.
Who is TOTALLY with me starting tom. morning? Who wants to be considerably slimmer in a few weeks? WE CAN DO THIS!
