Hi... I'm embarrassed to say that I cannot get past the 24 hour mark. I go to bed the night before, in the morning I have either water or juice, and I get through the whole day... and then by 7 or 8 pm i cannot STAND it anymore, and end up having soup or sometimes something worse (like peanut butter sandwhich!)
How can I break through the one day barrier?
I really would like to get this weight off!
