The first thing you might question is your perception of what's taking place. Because more is happening does not necessarily mean you are doing something "wrong!" That's just simply the label you have chosen to put on it.
I don't really know either, but it is possible you're actually doing a deeper level of detox - not necessarily by conscious intent. In other words, just DOING it a second time, is indicative of serious intent to move forward, and the physical manifestation often follows unconscious mental intent - not what you THINK you want, but what's BENEATH what you think you want. (Though they can be one and the same, as well).
how much time has elapsed between #1 and your current one?
what events in your life have taken place, OR decisions have you made that impact you how view yourself and those around you?
are you doing anything different in the methodology of the MC? (probably not, or enough to make this huge a difference)
As some of us have discussed in earlier posts - detox is always merely about cleaning your bowels, etc. on a purely PHYSICAL level. Things are almost ALWAYS much deeper than they appear to be.
There's much much more to that, but give a bit of thought to those three brief questions above. I'm happy to elaborate on some things, and see if I can be of further assistance on a more specific level, but that's up to you.
