Welcome to the land of frozen berries and stevia! I am on week 3 and I'm surviving the Sugar cravings by buying frozen mixed berries, tossing them in the blender with a bit of Perrier, kefir, lemon juice and a speck of stevia. Green apples, pink grapefruits are also good. They say you shouldn't have more than one piece of fruit a day isn't good, but my naturopath said that I can eat as many berries, apples and grapefruit as I want. Be sure to take a clove of garlic before hand just for good measure though. Unsweetened carob chips are good too if you can stomach it.
I'm currently wondering about organic apple butter too :)
